We stopped in at 9:30pm and they sat us immediately and took our order. The food was incredible! We highly recommend the BBQ Beef plate and the BBQ combo. The fresh rolls are amazing as well. Great service and atmosphere. Honestly, 5/5!

Passing through town & stopped for dinner. Delicious BBQ! We had pulled pork with baked beans & sweet potato fries (these were not the usual frozen & fried ones. I do believe these were made fresh with a very light coating that was slightly sweet with a touch of cinnamon). Meal was served with wonderful yeasty rolls and butter. The building and decor made a perfect setting & staff was welcoming and efficient even though they were quite busy. A place we would frequent if we lived in the area.

Was in town for the National Parks and decided to give Cowboy's a try for dinner. What a great decision. Place is popping, so expect to wait about 20 minutes. Stephanie was our server and she was super nice! We ordered the beef plate (tri tip) w/salad and fries, and the pulled pork plate w/baked potato and side salad. The pulled pork was super moist and juicy. The baked potato which came with butter and sour cream was cooked to perfection. The tri tip which I covered with their homemade sauce (so tangyand delicious!) had a beautiful smoke ring and was so tasty. Say yes to the rolls but not if you want to save room for cobbler! Definitely stop in if you're in the area!

Giving this spot 5 stars, mostly for service and selling beer. We had a group of 6 that stopped by right before the dinner rush. Our server Stephanie was very kind and helpful. Food was good too. Don’t expect anything to knock your socks off, instead you’ll be satiated after a long day of exploring the neighboring national parks.
