Great place to eat in Jamesport and worth the drive. I live about an hour and 15 minutes away. Home-cooked food the way your grandmother used to make it. Go for the buffet. Everything on it was delicious, especially the fried chicken.

Thus is one of our all time favorite restaurants. They have delicious homemade selections that are sure to please. I had the hot roast beef sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy most recently. Absolutely delicious for lunch! Their made from scratch dessert menu brought us back later in the day to enjoy blackberry pie with ice cream, cinnamom rolls and chocolate cream pie. Yum!

People working there were very nice but the food wasn't the best. Fried chicken was over cooked, pickled beets were "watery with little taste". The mashed potatoes were really and were very good.

Amish, Mennonite country style sit down comfort food. Buffet or traditional order off menu. Food was awesome, service was great. It is a small place so you may have to wait to get seated, but you will enjoy the comfort food. D. Cooper

Yes the buffet is open and is very good.

Scrambled eggs sausage bacon biscuits n gravy hashbrowns pancakes toast cinnamon rolls yogurt n frozen mixed fruit
We sell chicken by the piece or as a whole chicken ( 8 pieces). Just let the waitresses know how much you want and we will be glad to get it for you.
Nope They close early today. Not open tomorrow.
Best place ever can't wait to go back
We will be closed Thanksgiving day. We will be open on Wednesday and we serve a Thanksgiving meal on the buffet but we are closed Thanksgiving day.
