In a pinch for a last minute room due to inforseable change in travel itinerary, decided to try and was not surprised as all of my expectations were met. Clean room. Comfortable, and clean bed. Decent pricing.

I can honestly say that this was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel. Prior to my arrival, about 70 miles before my arrival, I called the hotel to ensure that they took the third-party payer our company uses for hotel stays. When speaking to the person at the hotels front desk, she assured me that they do take the payer and I would have no problem getting in a room. I made sure that I asked for a room that was no smoking. After giving my third-party payer information, my identification, as well as a description of my vehicle and signing the paperwork for the hotel room upon arrival - I went down to the room only to find out that it smelled of excessive smoke. In going back to the front desk to complain about the room and stating that I asked for a no smoking room I was told that this was a no smoking room. I assure the gal that it was not, that there was not a no smoking logo on the door as there are on other rooms that are no smoking, and that the stench was ridiculous. She then again told me that it was a no smoking room. However she told me she could spray something in the room. After being told that the county fair is in town and that there were no other rooms available I tried to call other hotels in the area. And found that they had no rooms either. I decided to grin and bear it and take the room that was given to me. Within about three minutes of being in the room there was a knock at the door. It was the gal from the front counter. She told me that there was a difference in the cost of the room versus what the third-party payer was going to pay. She then asked me to put it on my credit card. I then asked her again if I did not call her and gave her my third-party payer information, and that she confirmed that the room would be paid for by the third-party payer. She said yes that did happen, however she is new. She said that she also had her boss on the phone and had a telephone in her hand. She also said that they consider the room a suite. After stating that the mistake was her problem and not mine, she then asked me if I was going to pay for the room or leave. I told her I was going to leave and did so. I also advised her on my way out the door that I was going to call the third-party payer and let them know of my experience. She told me that was fine. Needless to say I did call our third-party payer and they took a report and said that somebody was going to be calling me in the morning. I also decided to write this Google review so that anybody who is a business traveler such as myself and has a third-party payer such as mine, should very strongly steer away from this hotel. I am now traveling 118 miles away to the next closest hotel.

Driving through from Ohio to Colorado! We found this place! Friendly front desk service! The room was clean and very comfy! Comfortable bed and pillows were so comfy! I would definitely go here again if passing through!

10x's better than the Days Inn but only twice the price and you are not afraid to turn the lights on out of fear of actually seeing the filth you are pretending to ignore. Check out time is 11. But you'll get a reminder of that @9 am so don't worry about remembering. Room was nice.
