One of the best burger king whoppers I've had from any burger King in my past. Really impressed with customer service. Extremely impressed with the speed; with only having 3 people on a night shift. Wasn't able to get the managers name, but he was on top of everything. Overall had a wonderful experience.

Pit stop to grab a bite and use the restroom. The restroom was dirty, the handicap stall was locked and a customer in need was unable to get in. The Lobby and restaurant was dirty. Their kiosk did not work. And they got both of our orders wrong. The staff was nice. But by the time I filled up my drink and the soda was flat and all sugar I was just done. Their vanilla iced coffee was disgusting.

First I wanted the impossible whopper and was not available, then I ordered the double whopper with cheese and no unions and took them 12 minutes to get it done. Other people ahead were not happy about the wait too. It's fast food place, you want it right away. The "Costa Vida" crew on the other side of the building got the order way faster. At the time of visiting the dinning room was also closed, so no excuses for the delay ls.
