I’ve been seeing the providers at Women's Health for quite some time now. I saw all the providers during my pregnancy. Doctors are great. Dr. Rau and Dr. Young are fantastic providers. With that being said, the front desk staff could use some courses in customer service. They are rude. I failed to bring a mask to my appointment, unfortunately when I saw that text message about the mask requirement, I bypassed it unintentionally. When I told the women at the front desk that she proceeded to say “Next time don’t bypass it!” In a rude manner.
