Thats funny you asked because there is a sticker on the window that explains how their baby Swiss is know for its ability to be frozen.

While we do employ some Amish, we are actually a Swiss company, not an Amish company. We also carry over 60 varieties of cheese in our store that are outside of the the line we produce. Thanks!
