Wonderful tiramissu ice-cream

Very disappointed. Been going to Gelottis since I was a young kid and it’s just not the same. Not too sure what has been going on there….. but the customer service and quality of the ice cream that I have gotten the last few times has been very subpar. There is such a lack of urgency and miscommunication to help the customers which creates long lines with long waits. There were no more than 6 people in there last night and it took 15 minutes + to get our ice cream. The ice cream I bought tasted super bland and freezer burnt. There were chunk of icicles in our ice cream. It wasn’t just one flavor that was an issue…. Most certainly not worth $15 dollars lol

I spoke to the boy that decorates cakes and he was so kind and sweet. He followed up with a phone call to clarify the design I wanted and the cake was BEAUTIFUL! I cannot thank the staff enough for their wonderful work! As my family loves ice cream, we will be back every birthday for a special ice cream cake.

Would give a zero if I could. Infantile staff are Ryde and inappropriate.
