They never deliver when they say they will and they never put the package where it belongs!! multiple times I've try to reach out to someone to get help. I don't want the deliver to get in trouble but I don't want to receive damaged goods let alone on a kid's birthday gift. " sorry sweetheart your hand made blanket is destroyed due to rain/oil, got damaged in delivery" was not what I wanted to tell a birthday girl

Teterboro usps distribution facility is ridiculous my package has been stuck there for two weeks I get no updates online only that it’s in transit to the next facility well they haven’t received it either it apparently is still at Teterboro it’s been more than two weeks now and I still don’t have my package.

No customer service here. This is a sorting facility. No public access.
If you're going to ship or mail anything from NJ or receiving a shipment use UPS. Avoid having anything processed through Teterboro, they are the absolute worst facility in the country, check the Google reviews to see why. Ship with UPS!
