It’s nice fast and you’re in the city shortly. Connections at Jamaica for trains to either Brooklyn or Manhattan. It doesn’t have the same amount of trains that New Hyde Park does. Local shops nearby for coffee or a dinner/beer after a long day/week

Great destination, awful train station. While this train station is frustrating and just WILL NOT let you simply go to Manhattan once your in Floral Park you're well set up to have a good time. If you can't find a place to have a meal and a drink that suits you're liking you don't have a drinking problem as much as a problem with the idea of people drinking at all. Small enough to walk to walk to any point from Train- though why would you want to? A good place for a fun night out
