How is this place still open? I was a client in the Mommy and Me program for 6 months. I recieved the worst pre-natal care, i was forced to eat expired food. They force toddlers to stay strapped in strollers all day. The facility should be deemed un-livable. rotting floors, mold, mice, exposed wires, rat traps where the children are kept. DISRESPCTFUL STAFF. My counselor LISA BUSSANICH and her supervisor JASMINE SCOTT falsified documents. No treatment is offered, the schedule they provide DCP&P isnt accurate. They are unprofessional and i almost didnt make it to the hospital when i was in labor. Staff curse and attack clients. not safe for children. THE STATE NEEDS TO SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN

I was a client in Alpha 1 (women's unit) for 10 months from September of 2020-August of 2021. My experience was horrendous. Straight and Narrow is ran by Catholic charities and they don't care about the clients or the program. Ignorant uncaring counselors and management, floor staff cusses clients put on the daily and shows little to no respect for clients well being or privacy. MEDICAL staff is rude and arrogant and dismisses any health concerns you may have. It took 2 months to get a prescription for a bladder infection.. Mold everywhere, MICE all over, always. The food is half rotten. The building itself is in shambles with wires hanging from the ceiling. The actual program offers mandatory groups that aren't unique at all. The same criteria is forced upon you in every group. No therapy. You see a psych doctor once every 2 mo if you're lucky. HORRIBLE PLACE. DONT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES.

Send packages Fed Ex, not US Office Post I had a box of clothes returned twice because no one on staff would go to the post office to pick it up. Ended up sending Fed Ex instead.
You can walk in one door and out the other. They cannot keep you there I saw people leave at 2 in the morning.
They have a psych on site who will evaluate you and prescribe meds if needed. Also most addicts shouldn't be diagnosed until at leasr 2 to months clean due to the detox process and the anxiety depression and most of all the manic stage steps in.
No later than 7 days old. You can ask and sometimes you can get them done there. I don’t think they are accepting anyone now though because there are a bunch of covid cases in the facility now, at least 8. I just left there two weeks ago and keep in contact with some girls inside.
