Initially we rented an auger that didn't work. When we took it back the next day we received a refund after it showed it did not function. We are satisfied with this business and will rent a functioning auger again as soon as it is drier here because our drain is still plugged weeks later. Prices are reasonable. They work with you.

I had worked with Allan at Atkin Rental Center on a project i was working on. There was a problem with the trailer i had rented. It was not an issue on my part or Atkin Rental's, things just happen. I was VERY pleased to work with a company that did not try to put the blame on the customer. Atkin Rental made sure things were taken care of, and the project was still compleated on time. It's nice to work with a company that still values the customer and is willing to accept responsibility where they should as long as the customer is willing to accept their responsibility too.
