If you go here just for the tea leaves, try to enlist the services of Mayo [pronounced MY-oh, but he’ll tell you MAY-oh (like the condiment) for convenience]. He is incredibly passionate about tea, friendly, and an absolute gem. He will go above and beyond to help. The store primarily stocks the bestsellers, and I’ve tried a lot of them already. I wish I thought to shop online with Mayo’s assistance. His taste in tea seems to line up closely with mine. I appreciate that the staff aren’t on my tail as soon as I enter the store; it makes my shopping experience feel stressful. I like browsing before I start asking for help.

Went on a first date here, now we are getting married. Amazing tea, wonderful service. All the employees were such a delight, especially Charlie who said we made a cute couple.

Overall: 5/5 Will come again (Breakdown below) Service: 5/5 Good customer service. They let customers tea taste at the counter. Product: 5/5 Tea leaves packaged in a tin can. Expiration date at the bottom of can. Tape on the tin is very strong so it won’t rip off on its own (no worry transport it home in a heavy bag full of other items).
