worst ever they never pick up the phone, I can’t contact them. I try to call my case manager, never got a chance to contact her. I never even receive my bill

The absolute worst. They do not care about the injured worker. They will delay and try everything possible to make your life hell. Guess what I'm built ford tough and I'm coming for every person who lied and delayed my treatment for no reason. Casey Hammond is the absolute worst.
Jonathan Minter
Awful company! No one ever calls back and they definitely DON`T CARE ABOUT PEOPLE!

Hi Natasha - please visit https://www.nysif.com/SIFWCDBLSERVICES/WhereIsMyCheck.aspx for the latest status of your benefit payment. Also, we encourage you to enroll in direct deposit at www.nysif.com/directdeposit. Thank you.
Please contact the Underwriter assigned to your policy
Sorry, but you would have to contact the case manager and ask them
Good afternoon, Please go to the following page and follow the instructions on NYSIF's Direct Deposit feature: https://ww3.nysif.com/Claimant/WCClaimant/DirectDeposit More specifically, under our FAQ's regarding changing your bank account follow the instructions below: What if I want to change bank accounts? If you need to change the bank account for your direct deposit, please log in to your account and choose "Manage/Enroll Direct Deposit" to provide your new bank account information. Please note, you will be directed to DocuSign again to verify your identity. Once NYSIF approves your new application, it will take several business days to process the change to the new account. If a payment is due in the interim, it will be sent by mail. Thank you, NYSIF Customer Service
Good afternoon - each claim is determined on a case-by-case basis; I apologize that I cannot speak to your claim directly. You should speak to your case manager who would be more knowledgeable about your particular claim. You can find contact info for him/her by visiting this page and entering your case number. https://www.nysif.com/SIFWCDBLSERVICES/CaseManagerLookup.aspx Thank you.
The Workers' Compensation Board has a directory of all health care providers and independent medical examiners who are authorized and registered with the Workers' Compensation Board. You can view it here: http://www.wcb.ny.gov/health-care-provider-search/
NYSIF offers direct deposit for people applying for workers' compensation benefits to receive them. In collaboration with your financial institution, NYSIF can deposit your benefit payments directly into your bank account. For more information on your rights regarding direct deposit, go to www.nysif.com/directdeposit.
NYSIF doesn't withdraw funds from bank accounts, no need to send info.
Tell your employer or supervisor about the injury as soon as possible. Failure to notify the employer, in writing, within 30 days aftethe accident date may result in a denial of benefits. File Form C-3 with the Workers’ Compensation Board (WCB). Please note that NYSIF is one of several workers' compensation carriers in New York State. Your employer must be a policyholder with NYSIF to file a claim with NYSIF.
Good luck with that. The New York State Insurance Fund is horrible about getting any type of information
Brena, assuming that the employee meets eligibility criteria, she could potentially apply for PFL. PFL provides New Yorkers with job-protected, paid leave to bond with a new child, care for a loved one with a serious health condition or to help relieve family pressures when someone is deployed abroad on active military service.
