I’ve been going to Dr Rahman since he took over for Dr Kopp. Recently they stopped taking my insurance, one day I go in for an office visit to renew my medications that the doctor put me on, instead of being told that my insurance was no longer excepted by his office I was able to see the doctor and pay my co-payment and leave, 3 months go by and I make an appointment to see the doctor I’m not told on the phone when I make the appointment that my insurance is no longer excepted at his office, so I go to the office sign the book and sit, one of his office personnel calls me up to the desk to tell me I have an outstanding bill with them. How can that be I ask, I’m told that I have a bill of $350 Because they no longer except my insurance and I would have to pay the bill before I could see the doctor, I argued the bill and we agreed on a cash agreement. So I’m asked if I still wanted to see the doctor, I say yes, how much is the office visit to get my meds refilled and I wasn’t able to get a price, Im not willing to pay another huge bill so I’m told I should find a doctor who takes my coverage. I wouldn’t recommend this doctors office, it kind of feels like a money grab.. not even a phone call to check on me to see if I was able to get my medication, so much for loyalty and caring for your patients.. And to throw salt in the wind I was sent a bill for the remainder of my balance after the agreed upon settlement…

Not the best…. Front desk is horrible and the doctor will not care about you as much as you expect him to do. I switched to another doctor.
