Amenities are plentiful in New York real estate giant Extell! A building was planted in the middle of downtown Brooklyn. Extell is one of New York's leading architectural firms, such as Central Park Tower and One57. This Brooklyn Point Building is a 68-story, 458-unit hi-rise mixed-use building. Trader Joe’s / Target / Dekalb market / cinema and there are subway lines B D N Q R W close to Chocho station. 20 minutes to Midtown Manhattan. Hotel-like luxury finishes, high-end amenities, plus America's tallest rooftop swimming pool with views of Manhattan and Brooklyn. It's a very convenient location, but the current atmosphere is similar to Manhattan's FiDi and Midtown Center. NYU Metrotech Campus is located right next door. Like the Brooklyn Tower I showed you last time, many other high-quality buildings are rushing to build the downtown Brooklyn skyline, and at this point, the mortgage interest rate is approaching 6%. There are good deals coming out now. It has the advantage of low maintenance cost due to the 25-year tax reduction benefit, but it is a building that needs to be entered with caution due to the peculiarities of land lease and condominium (co-op but condominium rate).
