Nice place to play ping pang. The coach is very professional and provides good 1 to 1 training. Flexible hours for personal training. Group children training is also available with fixed hours. The painful part is find a parking lot as it is super limited, if you drive. However Newport path station is right behind.

My kid is learning tennis table there in the afterschool program. About $40 per class if I remember correctly for 2 hours you can drop your kids there. my daughter loves it! She gets some fun/exercise. The coach is very good. Nice to kids.

You can wear those shoes as long you carry them in and then change. Essentially you can't play with the shoes you walked in on from the street.
You can come in a sit to watch for free. No need to pay for that
