What a nightmare! Deadbolt would not function on my 1st assigned room. Smoke alarm appeared broken and the mechanical latch on the door was totally missing. Was told by management that the door was secure and would be fine. Door trim on the outside of the door was damaged from what looked to be a break in. After much complaining I was moved to a top floor room that would not cool efficiently and smelled of paint and smoke. While getting ready the next morning, house keeping tried to open the door without knocking. The only thing that kept them from simply walking into the room was the mechanical latch that I had closed. Waited at the front desk for 10 minutes to check out before having to leave. I had to call on my way to work to make sure they found my key to see that I had checked out.

Absolutely do not stay here! We had a reservation for two nights. We arrived and the desk clerk checked us in, upon entering the room is when the nightmare began. The air conditioner wasn't functioning properly, it wouldn't change settings at all and barely blew, the front of it was busted. There were stains all over the bedding, the table had residue and finger prints everywhere, the light fixture in the bathroom was destroyed, the chair was frayed and stained. We hadn't even taken anything off the luggage cart yet. I went and notified the desk we needed a new room and he informed me there were no more since we had our dog. So I told him he needed to contact the manager so we could cancel and get a refund. I had two kids with me, as a mother there is no way I was going to allow them to sleep in those nasty beds. He told me we could go ahead and leave and the manager would look it over. I asked him to have the manger to call me immediately because I needed to know they'd be refunding me. We had been traveling since 7 in the morning, didn't get there till 8 and now had to continue on another 4 hours to our final destination because we no longer had a room. They have charged me 3 times now totally $610 for a room we didn't stay in. We took photos and video of the situation. No phone calls from management have been returned.

Remarkable Hotel! Clean! Spacious! Wonderful Decor with neutral colors! And my most favorite.... A comfortably SOFT bed!!!! I normally go to high-end hotels and pay a high-end price or cleanliness and comfortability. This hotel has offered a high-end room at a low remarkable price ! I am astonished and amazed!

There was a problem with our room where the electronic lock was not working with our stuff inside. Manager on duty did not have a mechanical key. We were told the person who has the actual mechanical key was in another country. Was there for business and had to spend 45 minutes waiting for someone to figure out a way to get the door open to get in to our luggage, so did not have time to shower or relax before meeting and after a 12 hour drive. Come here often for business and the Holiday Inn Express next door was extremely nice compared to this one.
