When I checked in, the front desk staff was fantastic. I had to extend my stay an additional day and unfortunately the front desk clerk 'Glen' was extremely rude and not helpful to myself as well as my colleague at a different time in the day. Everyone has a bad day but this was way over the top. I spoke to the manager and am awaiting their response to this. Hopefully they can resolve this correctly and I will adjust my rating.

The hotel itself is very nice, but the staff is what makes it wonderful! Ray from guest services is wonderful and answered all questions we had. She was so helpful!! Rick the bartender is so much fun. Glen another guest service worker is very nice. The housekeeping staff are the friendliest. The staff is what keeps us coming back over and over!!!!

It's always been a smooth, delightful, reasonable place to stay while visiting friends in area. Breakfasts included & they provide quite the delicious & fulfilling breakfast

Check in was easy, room was very comfortable, updated, and clean. Dog friendly hotel and I did not hear any barking. Encountered a couple dogs in the hallways without issue. There is even a small dog area on the side of the hotel with a waste bag post. Open field in front of hotel currently to run dogs if desired. Parking spaces abnormally wide making it very easy to park and get in/out of cars. Breakfast options for $7 and $12.
