Absolutely love this gym and the trainers. It is a safe space to train and everyone is incredibly supportive. You form relationships with the trainers, you get to know them and they get to know you, and they know exactly how to challenge you and support you in your journey. Joining UpFit was the best decision I have made. I have met wonderful people, have been challenged and have been loving every minute of it. All members, especially those with goals focused on fat loss and muscle gain are encouraged to schedule a “Success Session” call within their first week to discuss an appropriate nutrition strategy to help expedite their goals. Our approach is different for each person and can range from assistance with simple habit formation and learning intuitive eating to calorie and macronutrient tracking with the intent on educating you to choose ideal foods and preparation methods that fit your lifestyle and preferences.
We currently have 45 classes throughout the week in the morning, afternoon, and evening. The studio is open from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Friday and from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday. We are currently closed on Sundays.
Yes! Our highly vetted staff has decades of experience as coaches and athletes and are all biomechanists with degrees in Exercise Science. We’re known for programs specializing in fat loss, muscle gain, and body transformation and individualize our approach for each and every member.
We specialize in programs for beginners! At UpFit, you’ll learn the proper technique for all the large movement patterns. We pride ourselves on keeping members injury free while helping them with fat loss, muscle gain, and body transformation. Absolutely. We are here for you! Outside of the training room, we offer “Success Session” calls to our members where they can discuss nutrition strategies, evaluate their program, and discuss anything they feel might improve their ability to succeed with their fitness goals. For most, these meetings are crucial to staying on track towards their goals and play a large part in determining their success.
Our studio has everything needed to train every muscle group and movement pattern you can imagine. We have squat racks, dumbbells, kettlebells, suspension cables, medicine balls, and cardio equipment all laid out on premium turf and heavy duty rubberized flooring. No, we don’t currently offer large group training.
Our signature Small Group Training Classes are run in either a 4:1 or 6:2 member to coach ratio. Members go through a dynamic warmup together then break off into their own individualized strength and conditioning program. You’ll receive the individualization of Personal Training combined with the energy and camaraderie of the group for even better results! Our methods are heavily focused on technique and injury prevention and our goal is for our members to build confidence and competence in the weight room.
