I live here. It is a great place for Seniors. It is very well run and clean. The manager Kristen is a Sweetheart. The Superintendent and the maintenance crew are awesome. It is very affordable and there are many activities to participate in if you want to.

Well run, offering many amenities, extremely affordable, clean, with a large lobby where residents are welcome to just sit & people-watch, wait for their mail delivery, chitchat with other residents, etc. It's a very warm atmosphere here, & you get the impression that the people who work here really care about the residents. Problems are addressed promptly. Two superintendents live in the building, with one always on call. There is so much to do here; there's something scheduled for the residents many days each month. It's a secure building with bus service that will come right to the door if you call to schedule it. Parking is ample. There are many shopping carts in the building for residents & their family & caregivers to use to bring purchases upstairs to residents' apartments. I feel like part of a non-biological family here. You don't have to worry about someone stealing your packages delivered by the post office; the superintendents put them in the office where they retrieve them for pick-up by you or your caregiver. UPS & FedEx deliver right to your apartment; if you don't say "Come in" right away when they knock, they leave your package by/in front of your apartment door. If you don't retrieve it by nighttime, a superintendent puts it in the office for safekeeping. Floors are easy to clean; no need for rug shampooers or vacuum cleaners; apts. don't have carpeting. Heat & electricity are included in the reasonable rent. There is a slight charge if you have air conditioning. Cats & small dogs are allowed. We have Bingo, billiards, a library (& a public one across the road), kitchen, TV area, Bible studies, & more going on. Also across the road is Dollar General & the post office. Very nice place to live.

Great fishing,camping,beaches,hiking...oh yes...& snow...!the place is maintained beautifully w laundry facility on premise,w a great social calendar. There is a waiting list...I was lucky enough to have my son & daughter in law get a nice 1 bedroom apt for me while I was living in Florida.

Are you taking applications now to rent a senior apartment? Is there a waiting list? I will be moving in August 2021 to the area. I am over 62 as is my wife. Is it pet friendly?

(315)298-6101 is office number. Managers name is Christina...I'm pretty sure they're always taking applications...not sure about wait time...tenants are always coming & going. It's a great place. There's a bus that picks you up for Walmart runs as well as drs office right around the corner. My son was able to get my application approved while I was still in Florida...was able to move in right away...I think you should call & see if you can fill application out online or have 1 mailed. Hope this helps. I've been here just over a year after almost 40yrs in Florida ...yes it is small pet friendly. I have a yorkie...there are quite a few cats & dogs I think even a bird...I just looked online & couldn't find application so call & either have 1 mailed or faxed
