I’ve been ordering from this subway for a while, usually late at night, and John C. has always provided me with fantastic service and positivity. Even when he’s working solo and there seems to be a never-ending onslaught of orders. He’s one of the main reasons I always feel comfortable coming back to order from this location. Even if something is sold out, he has a suggestion or substitution ready. Rockstar service man!

This Subway is awesome. The proportions are always perfect, the food always fresh, the store extremely clean, and the staff super friendly. Once, when I was short by a dollar, the manager paid the remainder out of his own pocket. It is hard to find customer service that goes so well beyond the usual. It's also open until 3am, so it's the perfect place for a late night meal. They have options for every diet; vegans, vegetarians, and meat-eaters will all find something good here. If you're there late, look out for John, whose sandwich artistry is unsurpassed. Always good vibes and great food at this location, probably the best in NYC.
