I have been going to this practice for a very long time and I am honestly getting ready to find a new one. Ever since Dr. Grodin sold the practice it has not been the same. I just had an appointment on Friday and (for the third time) I showed up to find out that I did not see the dentist who I had an appointment with and the dentist either left the practice or changed their hours. With all the emails and text messages that are sent reminding people of their appointments it would be really nice if when a dentist changes their hours or leaves we were notified of that information too. Of the three times that this has happened to me, only once was I greeted by a dentist who I ended up liking (Dr. James) but the other two times, including this past Friday I met a dentist who makes me want to leave the practice. On a positive note, the hygienist was pleasant and did a great job cleaning my teeth and I do look forward to seeing Dr. James again in the future.

I went in for a cleaning and didn’t have to wait at all to be seen. My dental hygienist was communicative and professional. It was as painless as it gets for a visit to the dentist!
