Who ever the lady manager is who worked on July 30th shift I called at 8 pm she was very GHETTO AND rude they messed up my order and she asked me to pull up to the store hung up on me I sure pulled up and she wasn’t there they days she went to make deliveries how the manager delivering pizza @ 9pm the ghetto don’t order there ! They run out of pizza dough. How

Called to order from my hotel. Spoke to automated system to make an order. For payment the system connected me to a live person. The live person had none of my order information so I had to start over. No big deal. Order arrived incorrect. Wrong crust. The ticket was correct or was made wrong. Called to let them know and was stuck in an endless loop and no one ever picked up. The delivery driver was extremely nice and I would give him five stars. But the overall experience sucked.

The first time we ordered the food was correct, so we decided to order again. The 2nd time we placed an order for 7:45 and it got here at 8. The 2 pizzas was supposed to be no garlic on the crust. It had garlic on both pizzas. I called and was told they would remake them and send them out at 8:15. Almost 3 hours later still waiting for my pizza and no answer when I call even though they are open till 1

I visited this store about 4-5 times. First few times I did not pay attention but the bad service caused me to start paying attention. Sometimes people have bad days and you get bad service but it can also be indicative of something more. On my next visit I noticed iced uncovered dough rising at the counter where customers order… and sneeze and sweat. Grossed out but I just hoped my dough didn’t come from that batch. On my next visit I noticed there was only one person cooking and cashing, nasty! Then I witnessed her with bare un gloves hands wiping her face and dipping her hands into the ingredients grabbing hands full to make a pizza! I just said I’d be back in a minute and didn’t go back. I never had a chance to order my pizza anyway. Nasty!

At least you got something! My order was on it's way around 1:09am and its 3:11 AND I'M STILL WAITING! SO it's safe to say THEY AREN'T COMING! I PAID FOR MY ORDER ALREADY! OH YEAH THEY HAD NERVE TO RUB IT IN BY ASKING ME WAS I ENJOYING MY FOOD AROUND 2:00am!!!! I AM SOOOO OUT DONE!!
Truly sorry about your experience.. but I have never had a problem with them I'm delivery has always been prompt. But I have notice that people who order late night have had this happen.
i visited. the dominos pizza and the manager was very rude and i agree. with you. i will never go there again. he refused to sell me a pizza. i reported him . so i guess nothing was done .so that speak for itself..
