***BE AWARE OF CONSTRUCTION AND DUST *** We were not informed this hotel was under construction (I would have never booked had I known)it should be disclosed and we were priced gouged due the festival weekend. Which is expected for a put together hotel. this was not!!The room was okay. Although it had to be cleaned tables were dirty and cake was all over the floor the room hadn't been vacuumed. The room was missing an ironing board had to call for that. The deadbolt lock DID NOT work. The hotel was packed so switching rooms no really an option. The elevator was down periodically during the whole weekend. When it was down we had to walk past workers painting in stairwells not ideal. The did not offer any discount or extra accommodations for many inconveniences. Breakfast brought in all common areas are under construction. Won't book here again.

My family of 5 stayed here in mid-July 2022 in a suite and the rooms had recently been renovated. Great rooms!! We were on the top floor (6) and enjoyed a great view of the river, Great American Ball Park, and downtown Cincinnati. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They had answers for all of my questions and made some excellent recommendations. Thanks for a great experience! Highly recommended.

The building is currently under heavy construction. There's no security, doors to the outside are hanging open so anyone could walk in, there's no elevator, the lobby looks like a tornado ripped all the insides out, I'm pretty sure the red pod on the parking lot has people living in it. There were people in it the other night around 11 pm and there's a BBQ grille outside of the door. Also all the heavy construction meant we couldn't park our large truck which is why we booked here. I'm not sure how this place is able to stay operating during construction........ It seems very suspicious and I'm fairly sure they aren't legally able to operate like this. The room was excellent though despite our ac unit sounding like a dishwasher. The beds were extremely comfortable, the shower was extremely spacious. They allowed us to park in a regular vehicle spot and we didn't get a ticket or anything. It's right by everything... huge bonus.

Positive: Good size room and acceptable in cleanliness. Love the location while visiting Cincinnati and you don¿t want to deal with high rise hotels. Negative: Outdated and it¿s under construction, our shower is not working at all, I complained but the lady doesn¿t seems to believe me? Oh well, we did not shower that morning, fortunately we live just three hours away.
