When I went, the Center was clean. The staff was friendly (I talked to about 6 different people) and helpful with giving me the proper information to set up a primary care doctor for the first time. Dr. Zoda was very friendly and helpful as well.

Filthy dirty office with long wait times. They take advantage of the local poor and uneducated population. Please do yourself a favor and take your loved ones little further to another health facility

This place deserves ZERO stars!!! This is the most unprofessional, uncaring “medical office” I’ve ever seen. The doctor never laid hands on the elderly patient. Her neck has been bothering her for months and he didn’t even ask her to POINT to where it hurts. He never got up from his desk!! You have to beg for a referral and they leave it up to you to find your own doctor that accepts your insurance. The wait time is ridiculous. It’s very unprofessional so if you don’t care about your loved ones then send them to this place. I wouldn’t send my cat to this place. The lack of respect for elderly people is disheartening. It’s in a minority neighborhood so they make it painfully obvious that they could care less if you relative is hurting or dying. People go there because it’s close to home but I’d rather drive three hours away than go to this place! They don’t listen to the elderly at all and treats them like they don’t have common sense! My mother’s doctors office gives her a FULL exam, draws blood, tests her urine and gives her referrals to places that accepts her insurance so all we do is call for an appointment. This place is every man for themselves. It’s very clear that they could care less. My aunts appointment was at 9 and at 12pm they allowed a woman who possibly has dementia walk out unattended after they were left instructions that she might disappear and guess what, she did. If they’re not interested in helping then they should close down. I’m going to find another doctor for my aunt where they’re not afraid to actually touch the patient. If you care anything about your family member then find somewhere else to send them. This place should be turned into a corner store. It’s definitely not a healthcare facility. You should see the referral for the orthopedic surgeon the “doctor” wrote. It says bone doctor. Now I haven’t been to medical school but I can do better than bone doctor. If they have to refer you outside of their practice then they could care less. They want the money to stay in their facility. But how do you get an exam if they won’t touch you? You’ve been warned. This place isn’t fit for a pet rat! Take your loved one elsewhere or you’ll be taking them to the morgue because they don’t care! Im very upset by what I witnessed today!
