Had a horrible sinus infection. Upon my arrival I was greeted by a great female security guard. Only 1 person in waiting room, but they were called in right away. I was called on shortly after. Very clean. Whole visit was under an hour. Would have been shorter, but had to wait for my chest xray to be read. Staff inside was very polite, listened to what I was describing and promptly went to work on my needs. I would definitely use them again.

I visited the ER on a Monday around 3:30pm after a bad sprain. I was greeted immediately upon arrival and even had the assistance of a very kind security guard when checking in. I was called back within 2-3 minutes of my arrival and had an X-ray tech with a portable X-ray machine in my room (a real room with a door!) within 10 minutes of arrival. The staff was wonderful, very friendly, they listened and made me feel comfortable while providing efficient care at the same time. Every person that came into my room to check on me apologized for my wait as they had to wait for the radiologist off site to read my X-ray but I was treated and discharged within about an hour and a half. Absolutely positive experience!

My experience was great, all the way from the security person, who helped check me in, the radiologist, the ultrasound tech they had to call in, to the nurse and PC that correctly diagnosed the issue. They are quick, efficient, and very friendly. You can trust them, which isn't always the case with others in the Villages area!

They were excellent once we got into a room. My husband was experiencing symptoms he thought was a heart attack and we told the security at the door. (Later found out he had a bleeding ulcer.) The guard was very grumpy. She asked us if we needed a wheelchair and I said yes. She repeated the question and I said yes again louder. We proceeded into the room and she yelled "I asked you if you need a wheel chair!. " I again said yes and she found us one. I noticed that no one was at a desk to take information and we discovered that we had to enter information into a computer before getting help. I now wonder if we should have just tried to make it to a hospital. He had a serious condition that required 5 days hospitalization and 3 blood transfusions. Why couldn't someone take him in and let me provide his information?

I'm not sure but I know the villages does. Went in for a kidney infection and before I could be admitted they tested me for covid and you wait till the results come back before being given a room
If the symptoms call for an Mri, they do. But not for a regular scheduled one.
Yes starts at $1800 just to be seen.
I'm sure not all of them are rude. Every one has a bad day, I wish this wasnt true. What happened
Yes
If you text ER to the number 32222 it will then ask you for your zip code and then will send you three of the nearest walk-in clinics and if this is one of yours obviously it'll pop up and it will give you the exact wait time at that point in time depending on how busy they are because it fluctuates
