Food was excellent but we came on a very busy day and waited 30 minutes for our food. The issue was our food was charged incorrectly as they had a special they didn’t honor. When I asked the cashier why he didn’t give me the price he said because I didn’t ask for the deal. Retraining this employs is probably in the best interest of the company if they don’t want to lose customers. When they walked our food out I asked to speak to the manager. She came out and I explained what had happened and the employee who took our order didn’t even offer to fix the price. She was very friendly and fixed it right away.

This burger was the absolute best. I will definitely be coming back. The person taking my order could definitely benefit from some customer service training but everyone else working at this location was great!

The best tasting burgers around West Chester@ it's a small place, but their burgers really pack a punch! They're so full of flavor! We'll always come here when we're in the mood for a big, juicy, flavor packed burger!! We definitely highly recommend this restaurant!!

This was mine and my husband's first time here and we will definetly be back. I got a single BBQ bacon cheddar burger and my husband got the Colorado burger and we shared tots and an Oreo shake and everything was absolutely delicious! 😋 Thank you and great job ❤
