The first time visit is $60 and after that $40 call them up and explain to them what exactly you want to do.

Usually they have to put them under anesthesia so it's not cheap but it really depends on your circumstance on your pet. I would ask for the doctors at Riverdale Veterinary. They have always been very clear with me

Yes, but call first, you just may be able to get an appt. Of course, if it's an emergency, no problem, but do check first
I don't understand your question. Are you asking if the vet provides transportation services to their clients? The answer is NO, you need to have your own car, have a friend drive you home with your pet or call a local cab service you pay for to pick you and your pet up to take you both home.
