Once Upon A Child

While there are definitely benefits to this place, the staff is lacking in customer service. We came in with a few boxes worth of items and we were immediately met with a bad attitude. Mind you, the boxes were mostly full of diapers we wanted to donate as our child was too big for them. The staff also offered some services to other parties such as mailing checks, or coming back at another convenient time, however that option was not available to us even though we asked if we could come back at another time. Will not be returning.
