My husband and I were in yesterday to get fitted for running shoes. We got lucky enough to have Jared help us. Apparently we are a New Balance family lol (will prop go mow the lawn after this post lol) Jared was so helpful, informative, friendly, and just made our experience one of the best I’ve ever had with a gait analysis. He deserves a raise! Thank you Jared for an awesome experience!

I drove an hour to shop at this highly recommended shop for running shoes. I had been told that The Track Shack would fit me for shoes and not just sell me what I thought I needed. This turned out to be true! I was greeted by Kerri as soon as I walked into the shop. Kerri listened to the issues I had been having with my lower legs and feet. She quickly asserted that my current shoes were too small. She watched me walk in my current shoes and then sized both of my feet. I was completely surprised to learn that my current shoes were a full size too small and this was the biggest problem with my legs and feet. Kerri brought out two pairs of shoes for me to try based on the activities I use athletic shoes for. I never felt pressured, only cared for and listened to. I am so glad I took the time to travel to Orlando. It has only been 24 hours with my new shoes and I am already feeling relief from the pain that has been nagging me. I was even able to donate my too small shoes for their give back program. This made me happy because I had spent about $140 for them at another shoe store that didn't take the time to listen or size me properly.
