For a bourbon bar no mention of bourbon. Where is a list of bourbon you have on hand?? Food looks good beer selection looks good but I'm a bourbon drinker

As a patron and fellow bourbon drinker, I would say they have a well-culled selection for a new bar. Things I have not seen elsewhere, or at least within 150 miles. There isn't a bookcase complete with sliding ladder full of bottles...yet. Not sure if that's much help...
