Nicolas was the best employee I saw at the AT&T store. He was accommodating and even was alone helping; he tried his best to help others while helping me! Cause he was the only one is assisting customers on Saturday, while his colleague was running late.

Switching from a 17 year Verizon customer, I went to Google Fi for a few months only to find the service both coverage and customer service terrible for Binghamton area in rural parts. I looked into AT&T as recommend by others. I ordered everything online and was emailed that my phone n accessories were available at store. I arrived on Weds evening to this mall location, they checked my license and went and got my order that was paid for by card. Dakota then asked for my emergency responder ID so I could be part of the First Net program and u showed him that. Dakota tried to port my number and after he "phoned a friend" as he called it for help, was unsuccessful. He then had to cancel my order in order to activate and have me reorder as a in-store purchase. After 30 minutes that didn't work! So, he claimed I would have to get a temporary number and then go home and call the 1-800 number as "it is what it is but our systems suck" . Wow what customer service. I went home after a total of an hour for a pre purchased order with two charges on my credit card for same transaction, a temp. assigned number and the Google phone I ordered. I spent another twenty mins on call to 1-800 number just to port my number order. The call center rep had to call me back on a friend's line so they could deactivate this temp number and transfer mine over. Okay, finally at 11:00pm my number is transferred and working. Next day I have the friend check their account that I joined (who is already part if First Net) and I find out more disappointing facts. Dakota automatically signed me up for device protection and upgrade early (both of which I didn't want). AND to top it all.... Unable to have two FirstNet phones on same plan!!
