The customer service isn't as good as it used to be due to them not calling you when your vehicle is ready for pick-up and also brought up other concerns but they didn't seem to care much. Example of other concerns: it was hard to start up my car right after I picked it up(it has a brand new battery and no other known issues) and didn't even bother to reset oil change life percentage after changing oil.

They do estimates, visual looks a generally free of charge but if the problem requires the taking something apart to find the problem or electronic diagnostics of some kind there will most likely be a charge
