I’ve been a loyal Target shopper (& previous employee in college), however after the recent remodel of the Boardman, OH store it’s miserable to step foot inside the store. The remodel makes no sense. The clothing/appeal areas are almost impossible to walk through and don’t even try to get the buggy (shopping cart) through.because of the clothing being so crammed together it’s always messy! The makeup area is nearly impossible to “stroll” through and items are located in the worst locations. I have to visit multiple areas to get things for my family. Shoes are located in a million different areas and it’s just disheartening. The local Walmart is more organized and with far less carts sitting in aisles than Target - I never thought I’d ever say that. Please bring back the old Target - pre-pandemic, pre-remodel!!

Poorly staffed, customer service not very helpful. There is never enough registers open and the lines are terrible!

I’m so disgusted in the appearance of this store the past two years. It’s a mess and so disorganized. Aisle after aisle of clutter and noone cares about what it used to look like. You guys Walmart does better than you now and that’s a shame to have to say that. Today not a single cash register was open except self checkouts If we have to serve ourself and use robots instead of live humans I’m shopping elsewhere.

Target was always my favorite place to shop. I’ve lived in a few different states and cities and always used drive up with no issues. Can’t say the same for this location. On two different occasions I’ve made a drive up order only to get a message that the item wasn’t available. I ended up going in the store both times and to my surprise the “sold out items” were indeed available. Also service is slow and I wouldn’t say friendly. I’ve lived in big cities were the service is on point. Management at Boardman Target do better!
