A nice establishment for equipment but the knowledge of the parts staff and service personnel....not so much. I visited the store a few weeks ago for mower blades, gave the parts guy the model I needed the blades for but after getting home and opening the sealed box realized I was given the wrong blades. Not sure how that could happen when all they have to do is look up the part on their computer and pull the right item. Needless to say second trip back to get the right ones. You have to micro-manage everyone these days. I also had service issues with them a couple of years ago with receiving a substandard mower service but that's old news! Time for a new dealer.

I live in North Port FL, if i need parts or any mechanical work done it is well worth the drive, several weeks ago i brought in my string cutter, not running and left it there for an estimate for repair this gas cutter is 18 years old Your tech, Gary did an exceptional job repairing and also gave me some great advice on how i can keep it running, when i picked up my cutter Gary came out and started the string cutter Your tech. Gary went out of his way to make sure i was satisfied, last but not least I was pleasantly surprised with the total cost of my repair. thank you to the whole staff. Tom Di Reda
