Really happy with this butcher shop for my deer processing. Tried the bacon they made for a friend and it was delicious. Wish I could buy that on my own from Burpak even if I had to buy in bulk.

Half is 3.35lb cut wrapped and frozen. And a 1/4 is 3.50lb.

Yes they do. Not sure about the thyroid.....

can you buy beef jerky and have it sent through the mail.? Luke Wagner gave us jerky. WOW is that good.

I'm not sure...but they process them....I'm guessing No....because they process it all to different forms of meat then you cook it to liking
