Prices higher and like-for-like lumber quality lower than the big-box places. I'd be okay with paying a little more for convenience sake and to avoid the orange place or the blue place... But NOT when I'm -also- getting worse wood. If I need a couple sticks and quality isn't paramount, I'll go there since it's nearby. But that's about it.

I wish these people cared even a little bit about their customers, but they don't. Just like all other stupid chain stores they hire people but don't train them in how to speak to the people who call up, money in hand, wanting to buy.
