Don’t waste your time, zero customer service. The guy didn’t close my lid right going into the week of the hurricane so I had to beg them to come back out and seal the lid so my tank wouldn’t refill and they told me a manager would reach out and instead they had a salesman call me and basically said that my lid not being sealed is the least of my problems and I need a new drain field and that he would work on getting me set up with a price for it, which I was aware of and planned on getting a quote from them to have them do but not now I will go else where. When I told them I just needed my lid resealed and what I paid for to be done, the dude didn’t want much more to do with me I had to wait 3 days before they got back out there and was told twice that a manager would call me to discuss a refund or discount and no one called me lol. They are the same price as the other local companies use them.

They came out the same day of my emergency. The tech that showed up was very polite and knowledgeable. Would be 5 stars if the office personnel would actually listen to the customers needs. I called specifically asking for a truck with a water jet, I was told they didn't offer this service and they dispatched a regular pump out truck. However I happen to know that they have more than one water jet truck because in the past, one came. Also they clean out grease drains at restaurants which requires a water jetter. Luckily, my tech was able to use the pump to "suck out" the clog and fix my issue.

Not cheap (but then nothing is cheap in this town), but they get the job done. A week ago they drained the septic and the second pit ($more than $500), and then they came ack to fix the floater and install a new pump (more than $1,200 to do that). But, again, they did the job. The person who came was very kind and knowledgeable.

A1 Gator septic is a brand that was acquired by Wind River Environmental, LLC. Are you looking for someone to talk to or just the association of the companies?
Good Afternoon, Can you please give our customer service center a call? They will be able to provide you an estimate for a tank pump-out because there are so many factors that figure into an accurate quote. Please call (800) 499-1682. Thank you!
This is not a good idea communicating here, not good for your ratings, no one didn't call me back despite several calls to get this issue resolved
It's a new tank , dig up the cover take less than 5 mins, take out the filter and rinse is all I wanted, cost was $75, not $305, didn't request that service and you should have asked if I wanted it done, you just don't go and do something else and send a bill when you were told beforehand that it's a new septic and I clean the filter every 6 mths
