Definitely won't recommend. The front desk staff were rude and not helpful. Went in for a employer drug test early morning and was refused service stating they will only accept appointments. There was no one in waiting and I was the only one present there. If they won't accept walk-ins, its better they clearly indicate it in their website and in the automated call response. Why to say that appointments are preferred? They can mention, appointments are MUST. Waste of trip, time and energy going there.

I found it's best to bring in your lab papers, initially I had the dr office fax it but they never got it and had to return the following week. I had a digital copy emailed to me then printed it out.
Not sure, just went for (over years) MRI, CT, CT with contrast, and regular X-rays - almost all very friendly.
