I purchased a Napoleon grill back on Memorial Day weekend. Not only did they assemble it and deliver it in time for our holiday cookout, the follow-up and service afterward was fantastic. Having spent the entire Summer enjoying my new grill, getting used to it, and perfecting rotisserie chicken with it, I can say that I am very pleased overall. I would highly recommend this business.

Social Programming

Michelle was fantastic. I have been eyeing the Gozney Dome for some time now and had no idea that it may be available at a store nearby. I found Lancaster BBQ and called them. Michelle answered all my questions patiently and they had everything I needed in stock. We showed up last week and bought everything we needed. First thing I did, after we got home, is to start my pizza dough for a 48-hour rise. Next day we labored for a few hours to set everything up, connected the propane gas hose…and it was leaking!! I called Michelle and told her I have a faulty hose. She told me not to worry at all. If I come into the store, she would give a different hose. I told her that I don’t have the faulty hose as my wife had taken it with her to find a replacement at nearby stores. None of them had it (She checked 5 stores). Michelle told me not to worry and just ship the faulty hose later in the week. This is what you call excellent customer service. I live an hour away, but I had no other option. I drove up and Michelle had the hose waiting for me. My car’s AC had died a few days ago and I was sweating and dehydrated and forgot to bring a water bottle with me. I asked if they sell water bottles in their store. She pointed me to the fridge; I picked one up and asked her how much…she told me it was on her and wished me a great long weekend. I got home and everything worked perfectly. These are great people selling good products with great customer service. Highly recommended!
