I wish I could give it 0 stars. Upon arrival two homeless people were fighting over a spot to sleep in the parking lot. The gas station across the street was robbed and the hotel looked nothing like the pictures. The front desk was rude when I spoke of my concerns and then refused to contact a manager stating they're only there during the week even tho it was a Tuesday. Owner will not refund me even though he falsely advertised his hotel. Unsafe and dirty. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The hotel is quiet and located near almost any type of store. The rooms are nice and the beds are like giant pillows. It’s either a hit or miss when you book a room. It’s always best to call up ahead as the prices and availability tend to change at a moments notice.

You get what you pay for, just don't get makeup on wash clothes or the maids will charge you $5 if it wasn't for that I'd like this place the check in process is quick I usually book my rooms through booking apps never had an issue. If your in lemon Grove and need a motel room at a low price this place is great

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Drove from Oregon to here, arrived late night to a disgustingly dirty room. Cigarette burns all over all of the covers on the bed, big a$$ yellow stains on the sheets and actual mattress, one pillow was a whole few shades darker than the rest, the whole room looked like it was deteriorating. The owners and workers of this place are disgusting and shady characters. We didn’t stay one hour in that nasty room. Then when I called to get a refund (they have charged me $50 for a deposit that was supposed to be refundable) the manager accused me of trying to steal. Like really what does this pathetic place of poverty have that I need??? Clearly they need the money for cleaners
