I also got towed by Advanced Towing. Like a lot of other naive Giant shoppers, I left the lot to get a form from the DMV while my grocery bags were on the front seat - and GOT TOWED IMMEDIATELY. I understand Giant's need to keep their lot open for customers, but it was early in the morning on a weekday and the lot was no more than 1/3 full. In fact I intentionally parked away from the front door to keep spaces available for customers with mobility issues. This just made it easier to tow my car. There was no benefit to Giant to tow my car (unless they get a kickback) and easy money for the tow company. I tried to complain to Giant but got put in vm purgatory and a canned response about them "wanting to improve my experience". What a joke. The way to improve my experience will be to SHOP ELSEWHERE. After several years, I will NEVER USE THIS GIANT AGAIN AS LONG AS THEY CONTINUE TO WORK WITH ADVANCED TOWING. I would encourage others to do the same!

Food is more in the “moderate” to “large” range. They’re definitely exaggerating when they say “giant”.
