Quick and easy! Just have your Phone number assigned to the account and your Pincode ready when returning equipment. If you don’t remember your pincode, it’s on your bill. Top right hand side of the bill!

Worst internet service provider in Virginia. Use anything but this company if you can. Customer service is terrible and they will try charging you hundreds of dollars on top of your monthly bill for any issue, even before you are a customer.

Probably Cox will charge you the cost of the box that you lost, because you are conveniently renting the cable box from Cox insted of buying it your self. To get a definitive answer you will have to contact Cox customer services and ask.
