Oh my gosh I came in to get coffee and a breakfast sandwich while waiting for my iPhone to be fixed. It’s my moms birthday who is in heaven, so I wanted to do something nice. I bought a homeless man in need a sandwich and was happy to buy myself another. The worker wish I knew his name longer brown hair, tall beard soooo nice gave one to me. I didn’t want it he insisted. Thanks for making my whole day. These people are the kindest ever!

You don't mind paying $5 when the service is this good. There was a "pretend Starbucks" in my hotel...I walked about 4 blocks to get to this one...the reason..they understand service! My food gets warmed, I can use my app and they don't have items I can't trust.

Such a great Starbucks. The people were very nice and gave us a lot of extra ideas to do while visiting. They made great suggestions and our drinks were made to perfection! It’s a must stop if you are shopping downtown!

I come to Starbucks quite often for food, never for coffee because I think their espresso shots taste burnt but that is beside the point. Anyways I know ordering food through their drive thru is a pain because it takes longer than coffee so I always try to be EXTRA polite and thankful because I dont like to be a burden. A few days ago my boyfriend and I came through the drive thru and ordered a Chorizo breakfast sandwhich and a slow roasted ham & swiss. When we get home my boyfriend starts to eat the ham sandwhich and the bread is SO hard he can barely even bite through it. Then I take my spicy Chorizo sandwhich out of the bag and I can immediately feel that it is ROCK hard. Then when I look at it it is BURNT. Like BLACK burnt. So we took both of our sandwiches back, refunded one and remade the other but when I showed the lady at the counter the sandwhich she did not say sorry or explain why this happened. I have worked in fast food for many years and I see NO reason why that sandwhich should have been given to a customer. You just can not rightfully look at it and think "this is up to standard, lets send it out!" So the reason I am giving them 4 stars is because they made it right be remaking it, but it never should have been given out in the first place. The girl who made this sandwhich should have been reprimanded but as I believe I brought it back in to the same lady who made it in the first place I don't believe she was ever held responsible for her lack of customer service.
