Quest does not respect your time. You cannot call ahead to make sure they have received your order but instead require you to come into the office before verifying. I have yet to go to their office and not waste an hour because they lost the order quest.

I've been here for half an hour. It's 20 mins past my appointment time. Only one patient has left while I've been here. I see staff members walking around in back from time to time but no one has come out. Their loop video talking about how there is little to no wait time with an appointment is just adding insult to injury at this point. Next time I'll spend a few extra bucks to go to LabCorp.

Ive actually not had issues with any blood draws here. I actually like getting it done here. I’m just sick of the covid nonsense. Covid is a regular part of life now and people need to move on. It’s difficult to get an appointment and I’m having to go elsewhere because of stupid Covid protocols that are not necessary. Enough of covid. Walking in is so much easier.
