The Entire Hotel Has Been Under An Extensive Renovation For Close To A Year! It Is Going To Re-Open As A Best Western Premiere Property Sometime This Spring. Whoever's Has Been The Project Manager Should Be Fired. The Entire Outside Of The Building And Parking Lot Has Looked Like A Tornado Hit It And Nobody Cleaned Up The Mess For Months Now.

Oct. 1, 2020 - During my few week stay I again realized the staff here is what makes the difference. This team is multi-talented in accommodating you to ensure not only your stay in their rooms is good but offer a brunch and a lobby computer for you to use. It should be noted they're completely renovating the entire hotel so you may see work crews and materials moving about which again is easy to overlook when your have a CLEAN room and attentive staff. Will stay again - hopefully during the 2021 winter when everything is brand spanking new.

It is not the worst place to stay. The room was clean, staff were polite, and plenty of parking. There is much room for improvement: lighting in the parking lot is poor, heater/ AC unit did not work properly, bedding for a king size bed was inadequate ( four small throw pillows each wrapped in a pillowcase, the pullout couch was nothing short of disgusting ( it was stained, 1 - 10 inches in diameter, and obviously not properly cleaned in years. That said, they provided a decent size refrigerator, a microwave, and coffee pot. The room had decent lighting, and was clean. We did not spend a lot of time in the room so it was adequate for our purposes.

My husband and I stayed here last night and I'm so happy that we are not there tonight. Our first room had an intense smell of weed, which would be great, if I liked to smoke weed. Our second room, though didn't smell like weed, had its fair share of difficulties. The floor in the bathroom had mold, the bathroom light did not work, the shower rod was literally barely hanging on, cigarette burns all throughout the carpeted floor and queen size bed sheets for a king size bed. It was certainly a memorable experience and one I'd rather forget.

If you're planning on a hotel for before or after a flight, you should look closer to PDX. Quality inn in Keizer is about an hour and 15 minutes away from the airport (54 miles). Transportation is pretty limited, taxi, Uber, lyft, or the train, maybe a bus. Pretty standard faire.
