I was assigned Room 117 but I left within an hour. The condition of the room was unacceptable by any standard. Moldy and stained carpet. The sink didn't drain. The toilet didn't work. The fridge didn't work.

Reservation Confirmation #84537ED035638 Website say 24 hour front desk. I reserved a room and came in at 11:30pm and the lobby was locked with the lights off and there was a blond haired gal sitting in the dark on a computer or her phone, I couldn't tell which, all I saw was the glow of the screen reflecting off her. I drive a day cab and had to sleep in it as there are no other hotels nearby that I can park at. Thank you for the wonderful night

Totally rude front desk agent. I work for a hotel and I try not to leave reviews unless it's really bad. She lied to me about what the guest needed to check in and she denied us the room. Don't waste your money going here. Would have given zero stars but it won't let me.

We stayed here on our trip home from California. Everyone was so nice and very professional. We also ate dinner in their restaurant and the food and service was nice. You could tell it was town meeting place for dinner, Which made it more special I miss the home town feelings that you don't get in a chain restaurant. Our room nice and clean. You can see that they take pride in their villa. The only draw back was the bathroom fan was really noisy. Next time we take a trip we will stay there again, Thank you for your service an hospitably!!!
