I try drive thru this time: a worker came to take order by car, pay at first window and get foods on second window. Line was very long but waiting time less than 10 minutes. Great service

Same as the other in and outs Burger joints: over salted and over fried buns; crowded as usual. You need an extra 15 minutes of wait time if you come here. French fries, Kona blend coffee and shakes are pretty good. Just noticed that they offer free hot cocoa to kids on rainy days. This is nice but it doesn't rain that much in Chino. A couple of years later… I retried their cheese burger and again it was overly salted and almost inedible. Also tried the animal fries and it was not very good due to its again saltiness. I would suggest that they don’t salt the fries and beef patties so heavily. Service was still excellent and restaurant very clean.

Absolutely love this place. They simply have great burgers, great fries, and great chocolate shakes. Remember you can always ask for off menu items which are not displayed on the regular menu. The only problem is that the lines are so long at the drive-through but even with that being said it is still worth it because you always get a great quality meal.
