I can't attest to the rooms or the interior of the hotel, but the service was great! My flight was canceled and I wasn't going to be able to make it that evening, and I was refunded despite the short notice. It looks like a very nice hotel, and just being one hour out of Bend, it's about half the price of staying in Bend. When I need to go to bed in the future, I will stop there in and out of town.

Found some crumbs under the desk but otherwise pretty clean. Friendly staff and all amenities were good. If I ever make it back to Madras I'd book here again.

Nice hotel. Lobby is very nice, cool decor, and tastefully done. Room was simple but comfy. Not a five-star rating due to bathroom fan not working and the toilet barely flushing. Bathroom shows wear and tear.

Very nice and clean hotel. Held a sales conference here and was completely taken care of, as well as the rest of our staff. Breakfast, pool, hot tub, relaxing room, everything you could ask for.
