The auto shop didn’t really take or schedule appointments, but fortunately, I had taken the time to go early on a Friday and got all services requested for my car (tire rotation and oil filter change with a tire inspection check) in under an hour! I planned on originally staying at the auto shop for way longer giving a timeframe of 4 hours so they were very efficient! I even got honest feedback that I should get my tires checked at my next service appointment but that it was not urgent. Definitely highly recommend for anyone in the DC/MD area!

Upfront and honest, and great work. The mechanics have always done exceptional work for the 3 years I have been taking my car here. It can be confusing the first visit as you need to walk through the shop to get to the office but then you talk with Otto and appreciate his willingness to explain the work needed and also flag upcoming repairs. I trust that my car is getting the maintenance it needs with no unneeded add ons or up-sales.
